Do you have a writing deadline, or are you looking to escape from a busy life for a short while? Join us on a retreat that combines two creative disciplines: yoga and writing. In a safe and supportive environment, we’ll enjoy the time and space to go on a personal journey to find the creative voice inside us all. The yoga and writing exercises on this retreat will be delivered through the medium of Welsh.

Click through to the Welsh side of the website for more details about the retreat. We encourage those who are learning Welsh to a higher level, or those who have lost confidence in their Welsh skills but are looking to get back into it, to join us on our Welsh-language courses – where you will be met by encouragement and support. Please contact us if you’d like to discuss the suitability of these courses for you.
